Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having symptoms such as Frequent or irregular bowel movements, Abdominal pain or discomfort, Manda Agni Patients with classical features of Vataj Grahani Patients indicated and fit for Basti Karma Patients with classical features of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of Uncontrolled Diabetes, Cardiac Disease, Tuberculosis, Hypertension or Liver Cirrhosis Pregnant & lactating women Patients contraindicated and unfit for Basti Karma Patients who are not willing or unable to complete the full course of treatment & follow up
