Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy patients (ASA Class I) aged 18 45 years. 2. Bilaterally impacted mandibular third molars Mesioangular, Class I/II, Position A/B as per Winter s and Pell & Gregory classification. 3. Patients without destructive oral habits (smoking, tobacco, bruxism).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to any study materials or drugs. 2. History of radiotherapy/chemotherapy. 3. Pregnant or lactating women, or patients on oral contraceptives. 4. Presence of oral pathology or infection. 5. Complications like fractured root, alveolar bone, mandible, or excessive bleeding. 6. Patients with poor oral hygiene.
