Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and above Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation Patients extubated in the operating theatre Patients eligible for postoperative interview Written informed consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery cases. American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status III or higher. Patients with difficulty in communication. Day care surgeries. Surgery duration greater than 3 hours. Ear Nose Throat and oral surgeries.
