Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with a confirmed clinical diagnosis of Adhesive capsulitis, shoulder pain lasting at least one month, combined with global restriction of both active and passive movements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known allergy or hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics or corticosteroids.pt with history of significant shoulder trauma or fracture
