Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults aged 18 to 25 years. Both males and females. Participants meeting the criteria for smartphone addiction based on the selected smartphone addiction questionnaire. Participants willing to provide written informed consent and participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neck trauma, cervical spine surgery, fracture, cervical radiculopathy, neurological disorders, rheumatological disorders, fibromyalgia, acute neck pain within the last 3 months, current use of analgesics, muscle relaxants or psychotropic medications affecting pain perception, and participants unwilling to provide informed consent.
