Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient of either sex. Age between 18 to 60 yrs. Patients of mutrashmari of 4 mm to max 10 mm. Patients of non-obstructive pathology with normal KFT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of obstructive pathology with changes of severe hydronephrosis in USG. Patient is having uncontrolled Diabetes,Hypertension,Asthma and other major systemic illness. Impaired renal function diseases like CKD,AKI,PKD,Glomerulonephritis etc. Pregnant and lactating mother. Urinary calculi having size more than 10 mm.

To evaluate whether this drug reduces size of the calculi and promotes its expulsion.Timepoint: size reduction or expulsion of calculi will be checked after 30th day follow up and 60th day follow up
