Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient more than 18 years of age 2)Patient on O2 supplementation 3)Patient with no previous administration of antibiotics 4)New onset of fever, cough, dyspnea, chest pain, aggravating respiratory distress, haemoptysis, drowsiness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Age less than 18 years 2)Patients transferred from another hospital 3)Patients with known immunodeficiency, like HIV, TB, malignancies 4)The presence of liver disease or a haematological disorder that might affect the incidence of inflammation
