Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with Forward Head Posture confirmed by a Craniovertebral Angle less than 50 degree on lateral photographic assessment Symptomatic and asymptomatic with regards to pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior history of cervical spine surgery or trauma or fracture Vestibular or neurological or balance impairments Known respiratory diseases like asthma, COPD that could affect baseline pulmonary function Received any structured neck rehabilitation or physiotherapy or regular exercise program
