Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Chest expansion 15 20 minutes It is measured by examination method, using a measuring tape to know the chest mobility The flat tape should be placed around the chest the patient is then asked to breathe out as far as possible while the measuring tape is drawn taut he is then asked to breathe in as deeply as possible at the same time allowing the tape measure to be released The two measurements are recorded Measurements are usually taken at three levels axilla nipple and xiphisternalTimepoint: Baseline and at the end of 6th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Dyspnea It is measure by mMRC grading Grade 1 Not trouble by breathlessness except on strenuous exercise Grade 2 Short of breath when hurrying on the level or waking up a slight hill Grade 3 Walk slower than most people on the level stops after a mile or so or stop after 15 minutes walking at own pace Grade 4 Stops for breath after walking about 100 yards or after a few minutes on the level ground Grade 5 Too breathless to leave the house or breathless when undressingTimepoint: Baseline and at the end of 6th day
