Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy as per Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI) more than 2. Willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of cardiac, hepatic, or renal impairment. Patients with higher Sr. Vitamin B12 levels.
