Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Perimenopausal women confirmed by a qualified gynecologist 2. Age group between 40 and 55 years. 3. Those who are willing to participate in yoga program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe comorbidities seen. 2. Recent treatments such as HORMONE Replacement Therapy or such other conditions that could interfere with yoga practice.
