Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients male and female having grade 3 and 4 hemorrhoids Age 18 to 60 years Patients having under control Hypertension and diabetes mellitus Patients giving consent for surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Thrombosed hemorrhoids Ulcerated hemorrhoids Anal stricture Proctitis Suspected rectal or anal growth Previously operated hemorrhoids
