Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with clinical features of KAMPVAAT such as kampa , stambh, mand chakramana . patients eligible for NASYA KARMA , VASTI KARMA . patient willing to give consent .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient above 65 years, Patient not eligible for nasya karma and vasti karma, History of head injury, History of head epilepsy , Patients with history of HIV , HBSag , kochs, Uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension, Drug induced parkinsonism , Psycogenic parkinsonism, Progressive supra nuclear palsy
