Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Fasting blood Sugar level (FBS) of Less than or equalto 126 mg per dL (7 mmol per L), (fasting is defined as no caloric intake for at least 8 hours.) 2) Two hour Blood Sugar level (PPBS) of less than equalto 200 mg per dL (11.1 mmol per L). 3) Subjects in the age group of 20 to 60 years. 4) Selected sign and symptoms based on both ayurvedic and modern context 5) Both Male and Female gender are included in the study. 6) Written consent showing willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetes mellitus type-1 2.high Fasting blood sugar greater than 126 mg per dl not selected for study 3.having high Post Prandial blood sugar greater than 200 mg per dl were not selected 4.Subjects with known Chronic Infectious Disease, such as active Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B or C, and HIV. 5. Pregnant and Lactating female.
