Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged more than 18 years presenting with suspected with QSOFA more than or equal to 2 or confirmed infections like urinary tract infection, pneumonia, skin and soft tissue infections, bloodstream infections etc
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients younger than 18 years. Patients unwilling to participate or provide informed consent. Patients from whom appropriate microbiological specimens cannot be obtained. Patients unwilling or unable to provide proper history as regards to last 48 hours drugs usage
