Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 5 to 10 years diagnosed with Kaphaj Kasa and whose parents or legal guardians provide written informed consent for participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children below 5 years or above 10 years of age. Children suffering from severe respiratory diseases requiring emergency management. Children with serious systemic illnesses or congenital disorders. Children with known hypersensitivity to study drugs. Children whose parents or guardians do not provide informed consent. Children currently participating in another clinical trial.
