Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with age group of 40 to 70 years of both genders. 2) Patients of any socio-economic status,religion,occupation. 3) Patients with clinical features of Kampvata. 4) Patients fit for Basti Karma and Shirobasti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients between less than 40 years old and more than 70 years old. 2) Patients with history of Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiac Anomalies, Tuberculosis, Hypertension or Thyroid dysfunction. 3) Patients with severe complications. 4) Patients having any other disease causing tremors and bradykinesia(like Wilson s Disease,Huntington s Disease). 5) Pregnant & lactating women. 6) Patients unfit for Basti Karma and Shirobasti.
