Inclusion criteria: Minimum 6 months practitioners of vamana dhauti and vastra dhauti Healthy individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic illness recent surgery peptic ulcer gastroesophageal reflux disease hiatal hernia inflammatory bowel diseases
