Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: university athletes training regularly medically cleared for high intensity exercise exercise regularly since last 6 months participating at inter university level sports from at least two years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: injury in past 6 months cardiovascular disease respiratory disease medication affecting HR metabolism
