Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neonate between 26-32 weeks of gestation Neonate fulfill indication of orogastric tube feeding neonate must be hemodynamically stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre existing skin disease skin infection skin injury Accidental removal of the adhesive or visible soakage of dressing with saliva
