Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy children between the ages of three and nine. Parental or legal guardian consent. Primary molars with a minimum of one sinus tract, abscess, or necrotic pulp canal. The furcation or periapical region has a radiolucent area. There are still at least two thirds of the root. Enough tooth structure for restoration. Enough tooth structure for sterility control and isolation in the operating room to stop bacterial development.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who received antibiotics up to 2 weeks prior to the sampling. Patients with any history of systemic diseases. Primary teeth with obliterated root canals. Patients with non restorable teeth, perforated pulpal floor, excessive mobility, or pathological root resorption. Primary teeth with exfoliation time less than 12 months.
