Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women between 18 to 40years age with at least 18 months of infertility, documented tubal patency, confirmed ovulation, normal partner semen parameters and no ovulation induction treatment in the preceding 6 months were included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with endometriosis, congenital anomalies of the female genital tract, renal or hepatic disease, known hypersensitivity to letrozole or a history of fractures were excluded from the study.

Ovulation will be considered successful when confirmed by documented evidence of a follicle of at least 18mm in size that is likely to ovulateTimepoint: After 6 to 7 days from the last dose of the drug

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Positive serum beta human chorionic GND of value more than 25mIU per mlTimepoint: On day 28 of the cycle
