Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. Subjects having age group 30-70 years. Chronicity less than 2 years. Subjects who fot for janu basti and janu pichu. Subjects willing to participate in the study with written consent. Subjects with radiological findings of knee joint osteoarthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with congenital bony deformity of knee joint. Open wounds,acute joint trauma or fracture,skin diseases. Subjects with post surgical and prosthetic knee joints. Systemic diseases,CA, hypertension, diabetes which interfere with the course of treatment. Obese with BMI greater than 30kg.
