Intervention1: Magnesium sulphate dressing: daily dressings, thrice a day locally applied over limb with cellulitis over 6 days or till symptomatic relief whichever is later

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years, patients with lower limb cellulitis (Erons classification class 1 and 2) with type 2 diabetes mellitus, hemodynamically stable and willing for follow up, patients able and willing to provide consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cellulitis due to underlying fractures or deep vein thrombosis, known peripheral vascular diseases, known allergies to magnesium sulphate or zinc preparations, cancer patients, pregnant or lactating females.
