Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All neonates admitted with clinical and radiological diagnosis of meconium aspiration syndrome within the first 48 hours of life
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neonates with known or suspected congenital heart disease Neonates with chromosomal abnormalities or major congenital malformations
