Intervention1: NEST- Network for Elderly Social Transformation.: NEST initiative- It refers to Network for Elderly Social Transformation which is designed by researcher for a duration for 6 months

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both gender, age group above 60 years. Those who can perform activities of daily living. Those who have poor social parameters will be the participants in both group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have disabilities. Those who are taking medications for psychiatric illness / communicable diseases.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in social health and reflects a network of elderly social transformation(NEST)Timepoint: Initial assessment in first 8 weeks. So 2 months once till 6 months.Total 3 assessment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
After checking the 6 month intervention effectiveness, the same will be provided to wait listed control group also. This bundle of social networking intervention can be implemented as a part of old age care in public sectors.Timepoint: At base line,16 weeks & 24 weeks
