Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 years to 70 years coming to opd with gynacological Complaints. 2.Patients willing to provide informed written consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with frank visible growth on the cervix. 2.Women previously treated for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) or carcinoma cervix.

To compare the diagnostic accuracy of Reids Colposcopic Index and the Swede Score in detecting high grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia or invasive cervical cancer using histopathological examination Timepoint: Assessed at the time of colposcopy and confirmed after histopathological examination of cervical biopsy

1. To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of Reid s Colposcopic Index in detecting cervical precancerous and cancerous lesions. 2. To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of Swede s Score in detecting cervical precancerous and cancerous lesions. 3. To compare the diagnostic performance of Reid s Colposcopic Index versus Swede s Score using histopathology as the reference standard.Timepoint: Baseline and during the same clinical episode (colposcopy and histopathology assessment)
