Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate Ayurveda Medical students. Mild-to-moderate gingival inflammation or plaque or dental caries Willing to perform daily Gandusha and attend sample collections.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ongoing dental treatment, severe periodontal disease, carious teeth requiring immediate treatment. Ongoing oral medication or mouthwash use. Known allergy to sesame oil. Systemic disease or medication affecting saliva (e.g., anticholinergic, Synorjen s syndrome). Smoking, alcohol, or pan masala users.
