Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ahl Back classification - Grade 2 Osteoarthritis of knee women who are able to perform the exercises willingness to participate BMI range - 18 to 25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ahl Back classification - GRADE 1,3,4 Gender male Age below 45 years and above 55 years Any autoimmune pathology BMI more than 25 and less than 18 not willing to participate or drop outs
