Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with unprovoked seizure Unprovoked seizure is defined as seizure that cannot be explained by an immediate obvious precipitating cause such as head trauma or intracranial infection metabolic cause
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Febrile convulsions Seizures secondary to metabolic or toxic causes eg hypoglycemia poisoning or trauma Children with developmental delay
