Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient between the age group of 30 to 70 years of either sex. 2 Patient suffering from sign and symptoms of Janu Sandhigata vata that is Shola, Shotha, Stambha and Atopa. 3 Morning stiffness lasting 15 minute or less. 4 Patient with radiological finding of knee joint. 5 Patient fit for Janu Dhara and Raktamokshana shringa

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Rheumatoid arthritis 2 Gouty arthritis 3 Complete loss of articular cartilage 4 Severe bruritis 5 Osteoarthritis secondary to other condition like trauma, fractures etc 6 Pregnant woman and lactating woman 7 Critical illness like Cardiac disease, Tuberculosis, Neurological disorder.
