Inclusion criteria: Singleton pregnancies Ability to understand the local language Willingness to provide informed consent Elective caesarean section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency cesarean sections Contraindications to spinal anesthesia Known psychiatric illness or anxiety disorder Hearing or visual impairment Patient with previous caesarean section
