Intervention1: Intradialytic exercises for experimental group : 10 MINUTES OF WARM EXERCISE :Gentle breathing, neck/shoulder ROM, and light stretching for 10 minutes. 20 MINUTES OF RESISTANCE EXERCIS

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hemodialysis for greater than 3 months, 3 times a week. Clinically diagnosed as CKD stage 5 and adequately dialyzed (most recent single pool Kt/V=1.2). Age between 20 and 50 years. Both male and female Hemodynamically stable patients. Absence of lower extremity dialysis graft Muscle strength for UL &LL: 3/5 (according to Medical Research Council). Independent ambulation: [functional independent measure scale -level 6 to 7]

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mobility Aids: Requires gait assistance devices or lower limb orthoses. Cardiac Conditions: Presence of cardiac co-morbidities. Autoimmune Diseases: Diagnosed with any autoimmune disorder. Cooperation: Uncooperative or unable to follow instructions required for the study. Dyspnoea: Grade 4 on the Modified Medical Research Council (MMRC) Dyspnoea Scale. Currently on oxygen therapy. Infection: Presence of any acute systemic infection. Malignancy: Diagnosed with any form of malignancy. Consent: Not willing or unable to provide informed consent.
