Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 60 years and above Individuals who are independently mobile and engage in atleast light physical activity as assessed by the Timed Up and Go Test with a cut off score of less than or equal to 12

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are unable to follow instructions or provide informed consent due to cognitive deficits Individuals with vision or sensory deficits will be excluded Individuals those who have lower limb injuries or neurological disorders will be excluded
