Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: . Participants willing to participate in the study 2. Age group between 44 to 59 yrs. 3. Participants clinically diagnosed with Unilateral primary adhesive capsulitis. Special test(surrender test positive, back pocket test positive) 4. H/O Diabetic since past 3 years minimum.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: . Surgery on particular shoulder 2. Rheumatoid arthritis, fracture of shoulder complex 3. Osteoporosis or malignancies in shoulder complex 4. Rotator cuff rupture & tendon calcification

| NPRS ROM PROPRIOCEPTIONTimepoint: 1. Numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) : Purpose : To assess neck pain intensity 0= No pain 1-3=Mild pain 4-6=Moderate pain 7-10= Severe pain 2.Functional disability was measured using Shoulder Pain and Disability Index, a well validated questionnaire for assessing pain and disability in people with shoulder pain and dysfunction. The questionnaire contains 13 items that assess 2 domains; a 5 item subscale that measures pain and an 8 item subscale that measures disability. The subjects were asked to mark his or her pain level or ability to perform each of the 8 activities and then scoring for Shoulder Pain and Disability Index was done. 3.Shoulder range of motion was measured using half universal goniometer. 4.Shoulder Proprioception Exercises using a laser pointer involve attaching a laser to hand to provide real time visual feedback, improving the joint proprioception | — |
