Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 13-25 years Both males and females. The participants have a minimum of six months of training/playing experience. Willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with a history of any recent injury or surgery. Players with a history of any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, or any other disease or disorder. Unwilling participants. Taking medications that may affect balance, coordination, or muscle performance

MeasureTime frame
Balance - will be assessed by Y balance Test. Agility will be assessed by T- Agility Test. Timepoint: Assessment of outcome variables will be done at baseline and at week 8.
