Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients aged eighteen years or more. Patients undergoing oncoplastic breast conserving surgery and direct to implant reconstruction. Postoperative followup up to twelve months. Consent for clinical photography and data use.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior breast surgery or radiation affecting symmetry. Locally advanced disease with skin involvement. Severe postoperative complications affecting aesthetics. Refusal to provide photography consent.
