Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ICD 11 diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder Patients giving written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Other psychotic disorders like Schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or current psychotic features Patients with any known hypersensitivity to ketamine or Liothyronine Active substance use disorder past 6 months Uncontrolled hypertension Thyroid disorders hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroiditis, or current thyroid hormone supplementation Pregnancy and breastfeeding mothers Osteoporosis, renal hepatic impairment Previous receipt of electroconvulsive therapy or repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation
