Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient visiting the department of orthodontics and successfully completed comprehensive orthodontic treatment (Extraction line of treatment Upper Premolar extraction) Healthy Periodontium

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any bone disorders or any other metabolic diseases. Pregnancy & lactation. Active infection at treatment site. Patients on regular antibiotics, anticoagulants, steroids, or anti-inflammatory drugs.
