Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children in the age group of 7 to 12 years visiting dental clinic for first time. 2. Children who require bilateral maxillary intraoral periapical radiograph. 3. Children with moderate to very severe gag reflex according to Classification of Gagging Problem Index. 4. Children with Frankl behavioral ratings 3 and 4.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children presenting with acute pain and requiring emergency dental treatment. 2. Children with any systematic diseases and disabilities.
