Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athletes from any sports included in this study.participants who are willing to engage in interviews regarding their perception of barbell and dumbbell exercises for bench press and shoulder press.participants who have at least 6 month of resistance training experience.participants who are willing to provide audio recordings of their responses.Participant who can understand and communicate in English fluently .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with serious injuries such as ligament tears, fractures or chronic conditions (e.g., osteoarthritis, cardiovascular diseases). Athletes with mental health issues that may affect their perception or performance during the exercises will be excluded. individuals who are note actively participate in their athletes. players who refuse to provide informed consent or are unwilling to participate in interviews.
