Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 2 to 5 years. Residents of Beed district for at least 6 months prior to recruitment. Children with visible signs of early-stage caries (without pupal involvement or systemic symptoms). Parental/guardian consent obtained for participation and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children undergoing current antibiotic or fluoride-based treatment. Known systemic illnesses or immunodeficiencies. Children with a history of major dental procedures in the past 6 months. Caregiver unwillingness to comply with follow-up or data recording
