Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Presence of class II carious lesion scoring 3,4 or 5 according to ICDAS in primary molars Presence of class II carious lesion scoring E2, D1, D2 on Bitewing radiograph. Teeth with vital pulp and no signs of pulpal or periapical pathology. Molars with no signs of root resorption. Children whose parents or guardians provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Carious lesion scoring 0,1,2 or 6 according to ICDAS in primary molars Carious lesion scoring E2, D1, D2 on Bitewing radiograph Non-vital teeth or teeth with pulpal or periapical pathology Molars with signs of root resorption. Children Scoring I and II on Frankl behavioral scale.
