Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of amavata Subjects of either gender Subjects having age group 16 to 60 years Subjects fit for basti and virechan Subjects who had satisfied the criteria laid down by American college of Rheumatology will be selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects having the deformities like swan neck ulnar deviation ankylosis of wrist and elbow Subjects having history of systemic diseases like TB Subjects of lactating women will be excluded
