Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Geriatric population 2 Age range - Patient between aged 60 above years. 3 History of at least one fall in the past 12 months and Berg Balance Scale value below 45 4 Patients admitted to the Neuro ward or attending Physiotherapy OPD
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute neurological conditions . 2. Age under 65 years or severe cognitive impairment 3. Severe orthopedic issues 4. Cardiovascular instability 5. Vestibular disorders or visual acuity
