Inclusion criteria: for focus group discussion participants qualified physiotherapists with minimum 8-10 years of clinical practice expertise in managing patients with lifestyle disorders physiotherapists with experience in using exercise log or digital tools

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: physiotherapists not involved in prescribing structured home based exercise program
