Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male hockey players aged 18 35 years. Players actively participating in regular hockey training. Players with at least 1 year of hockey playing experience. Participants who are medically fit to perform physical training exercises. Participants willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with any recent musculoskeletal injury (within the last 6 months) affecting the upper or lower limbs. Players with a history of fracture, surgery, or ligament injury in the past 6 months. Individuals with neurological disorders affecting movement or coordination. Participants with cardiovascular or systemic conditions that contraindicate high-intensity exercise. Players currently undergoing any other structured strength or plyometric training program.
