Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with IBS according to Rome IV diagnostic criteria. Patients between 18 and 60 years. Patients willing to undergo constitutional homoeopathic treatment and comply with regular follow up Patients willing to provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with organic gastrointestinal diseases. Patients presenting with alarm features suggestive of organic pathology , such as unexplained weight loss , gastrointestinal bleeding , anemia or a palpable abdominal mass. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients suffering from severe systemic illnesses. Patients with severe psychiatric disorders. Patients receiving any other specific treatment for IBS during the study period. Patients unwilling to provide informed consent or comply with regular follow up
