Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A-Control Individuals 1.Age 18 years to 70 years with age brackets. 2.Individuals who do not participate in high-intensity physical activities, endurance training, or rigorous exercise routines. 3.Individuals with mild or well-controlled comorbid conditions. 4.Individuals able and willing to provide informed consent and share their medical history. B-Test individuals 1.Age 18 years to 70 years with age brackets. 2.Registered participant in a marathon event 3.Participants with mild or well controlled comorbidities 4.Willing to share medical history 5.Able and willing to provide informed consent 6.Able to comply with study visits and blood sample collection
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 18 years and more than 70 years. 2.Acute illness, infection within 2 weeks prior to blood sample collection. 3.Known chronic cardiovascular, metabolic, inflammatory or autoimmune disease-moderate, severe. 4.Recent major musculoskeletal injury or surgery 5.Participants using medications that significantly alter metabolism or immune response, such as anabolic steroids, are excluded. 6.Active malignancy or ongoing cancer treatment 7.Pregnancy or lactation 8.Blood transfusion or donation within 2 weeks prior to blood sample collection. 9.Undergone surgery within 2 weeks prior to blood sample collection. 10.Inability to comply with study procedures or follow-up visits 11.Verified biohazard samples
