Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Willingness to provide informed consent. 2. Basic knowledge of the English language. 3. No history of severe psychiatric or medical conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from a clinical psychological disorder or chronic medical condition or taking medication for the same: self reported. 2. Suffering from alcohol, smoking or substance addictions: self reported. 3. Practicing the Meditation on Twin Hearts or any other form of meditation on a regular basis: more than 10 days in a month. 4. Trained in Pranic Healing or any other biofield therapy.
